Tresses

I’ve been going to Tresses for cut and color for a long time. It used to make me really nervous to get my hair cut because it has been botched so many times and the consequences of that are devastating. What i love about my stylist and colorist, Becca Sanchez is she is a true collaborator in every sense of the word. She’ll tell you the truth about what your hair will and won’t do. If you bring in a photo of what you want, she will work very hard to get you that if it’s possible. I’ve seen so many happy (that’s not even a big enough word to describe it — ecstatic, really) pre-​prom kids getting exactly what they want for that important event with their proud moms looking on. I don’t know how she does it, but somehow, EVERYONE ends up happy and satisfied because she can skate the edge between not enough and too much.
i could go on and on. on the rare occasions I haven’t been able to get in to see becca, one of the other sylists has stepped in and they are all great too. it’s just a good scene there. they help each other out, are kind and likable. I can’t recommend Tresses highly enough. I’m not surprised they have so many long-​term clients.
