I recently had my Galaxy S2 stolen so I went in to get another phone. The owner there convinced me that the Samsung Galaxy was a newer model and better so I shelled out more money than I paid for my Samsung Galaxy S2. I am extremely disgruntled and disappointed in the service I received at this store.

Just go there! Sri(aka«Paul») is friendly & knowledgeable and boy does he know how to save you $. I have 1200 mins text & talk for less than $ 30 a month… that’s taxes & all included. My husband has a $ 80 per YEAR deal as long as he text/talks less than 250 mins. monthly(that’s $ 6.66 per month). There are, of course, over the top plans with bells & whistles if you need such. The difference it’s cheaper than what Verizon, AT& T, etc. offer. And while you have to go in person to pay your bill, you can pay months in advance, which I do. BTW, there’s free parking along the residential side streets. Also if you wanna get the lowdown on the latest phone model or get a case, a cord, charger, etc. either Sri has it to sell or he can talk to you about what you’re considering – its pros & cons– or he’ll tell you straight out: «sorry, I don’t know (BTW: bring cash. Not a check.)

«Paul»(owner Sridharan) was very helpful. My cheap-ass T-mobile phone crapped out, and so I came in to by a slightly less cheap-ass unlocked GSM phone. He spent quite a bit of time with me, demonstrating a Motorola, a Nokia and a ZTE phone, making test calls with my SIM in each phone, and explaining the pros and cons of each. He didn’t try to up-sell me, he actually recommended a less expensive handset. I could have gotten a better price buying privately on craigslist, but I wouldn’t have been able to comparison shop like this. What I really liked was that, even after he completed the sale, he was still helpful, and copied all my contacts over from the old phone to the new. A lot of people would be like«OK, I have your money now, so why are you still in here?» NB, he prefers cash, and adds a service charge for credit card use.
