The next day they contacted my grieving friend asking her rudely for directions to her house & for more money. I will never order from such a rude and unorganized company again & I don’t recommend them at all.

I’ve been the recipient of an Edible Arrangements gift before…
Some friends of mine sent me a beautiful fruit basket after the birth of my son… and not only was it colorful and bright, but the fruit was fresh, delicious and perfect for snacking on during that blur of a crazy time in my life.
Unfortunately this time around, it wasn’t the most joyous of occasions that Edible Arrangements came to mind for. I was looking to show my best friend that I was thinking of her during a difficult time; her father had just passed away. I knew and loved this man as well and I wanted nothing more than to be there with her to mourn his death, but sadly, I couldn’t make the trip to Michigan to do that. So, in an effort to show my friend she was in my thoughts, I sent a bereavement basket from this location of Edible Arrangements.
I checked out my options on their website first and then called to place the order. I spoke to a woman named Joyce, who was friendly and helpful. She took all of my info over the phone and a couple of hours later, my friend texted to say that she received the basket and really appreciated it. Talk about efficient service!
