I have lost a minimum of $ 25,000 dollars because of this company does not keep their word. Our company placed an order over the phone for equipment and was guaranteed that they would have the equipment the next day. When we called the next day to come and pick the equipment, (Brian. H) stated we never placed an order and because WE DIDNT ORDER FROM THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS, they do not have the equipment. One of our estimators who made equipment GUARENTEES to his customers went to their location in person to find out why they did not honor their commitment. One of their employees admitted to the estimator an order was placed but they did not have the equipment that they committed to the prior day. If they did not want to honor our placed order, in the first place it would have been ethical just to tell us upfront and we could have made other plans. We have made commitments to our customers with the guarantee from this company. We have lost a substantial amount of revenue and potentially tarnished our company’s reputation not having the ability to meet our commitments to our customers. I was always told your word is everything! Not with Nu-​Tech and Brian H. Good Luck!
