Two-Twenty Cleaners

Do not give this business your money. When I picked up my comforter there was a new brown stain the size of my hand that was not on it when I dropped it off. I called and they told me to bring it back in so I did the next day. Then they called me when I got home and left a message. When I called back the owner answered the phone with «yeah» and then rudely told me they did not put the stain there and that it was a pee stain that they could not get out. I told him it was brown, not yellow and it wasn’t there when I dropped my comforter off originally. He proceeded to yell at a pregnant women and talk down to me. When my husband got on the phone the business owner began screaming at him. I was afraid to go pick up my comforter after the way he yelled and me and then screamed at my husband. This was the most unprofessional business owner I’ve ever encountered. When I got there my comforter was draped over the counter and hanging on the floor. I will never return to this store.

My usual dry cleaner. They do a good job for a reasonable price. Not the fastest turnaround time, so go elsewhere if you’re in a hurry. They want you to pay up front, especially if you’re a new customer.
