This place has thee worst customer service of all fast foods I’ve been to. I ordered $ 15 of food. That was all stuffed into 1 bag??? As we noticed we were missing our fries… we got out with the bag, bag ripped, all food on the ground. We went back to the door for the fries. Not waiting in the drive thru line and the manager denied me from the locked door and told me to go to drive thru. SMFH I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE :)

It has probably been close to 15 years since I last visited a Burger King, but I a) had a 2⁄1 coupon, b) a failing memory and c) was suffering with hunger pangs. I have not kept up with all that is going on among the chains, so I did not know that a Big King was a poor imitation of a Big Mac (haven’t had one of those suckers in close to 10 years). In any case, the special sauce was anything but and the twin burgers were over-​overdone. To make matters worse, my fries (they were theirs until I stupidly purchased them) lacked flavor or crispness. Perhaps in another 15 years while residing in a nursing home and suffering from dementia, I will be able to convince my caregiver to bring me another one.
