Only stayed a few hours and then fled. I was so happy to be out of there! Outdated and shabby rooms. Dirty. Bedding had debris on it from previous occupants and the blanket had cigarette burns on it. The pillows were flat and well past their prime. The heating/AC unit kept shutting off. The worst was the strong cigarette smell in the posted non-smoking room, the hallways smelled of smoke too. Everything I brought in had to be washed as it reeked of the odor of stale cigarettes. Why is ANY smoking allowed anywhere in the building??? It was much better two years ago, now it’s just a dirty ashtray. The only good point was that the hotel staff was friendly.

Booked this hotel online for the Thanksgiving holiday. Stayed for 3 nights(Wed — Sat) because it was the closest hotel to where our family was staying. Pros: closest hotel to family Cheaper than hotels further out Cleaning staff changed towels and trash daily even when we told them we didn’t need turn down service Check-in and check-out was quick and smooth WaWa gas station next door(best thing about this hotel) Cons: Hotel smells of an old mildew musk Carpets are dirty and grimy Nonsmoking rooms smelled heavily of smoke Windows were cracked open upon check-in to air out the musty odor Beds are rock hard, feels like two box springs, one on top of the other Pillows are very mushy and too soft unfortunately, barely provides neck support even when you fold and double them over two times Shower had hairs in it upon check-in Walls are extremely thin Had to buy a Febreeze air wick plug in to rid the room of the odor, bought shower and tub cleaner to re-clean the showers. Bottom line I guess, you get what you pay for. *Was gonna go with a one star rating, but it gets an extra star due to the WaWa gas station being next door.

This is the worst… absolute worst motel I’ve encountered in 30 years! When I arrived the window was open, and the air conditioning was off… in 98 degree weather. The room smelled of old carpet cleaner. The carpet was stained and filthy. There was a whole in the wall in the room and the furniture looked like it had been banged around. The mirrors had smudges across them(in room and bathroom), and the bathroom fixtures were very old and in marginal working order(drain pulled out of sink, mirror frame bent out and unkempt, etc.). I will NEVER take a chance on a Days Inn again. This has sworn me off of them for good.

So let’s start with Customer Service: that deserves a 4 star. We tried booking a room online because we were going to be in the area for my husbands aunt 60th birthday. He had stayed there 4years back and said he had a good experience. So when we tried booking online the hotel was full for the evening and we decided to call. They were very attentive and were able to get us a room for the night. Yea we got! At checkout staff was nice as well. The actual Hotel gets a 2star on appearance. First the rooms look very run down, the room we had faced an abandon mini golf course which grass looked very over grown and when we looked towards the back of the hotel there was a weird kids pool. The smell of the hall way was of pure cigaret in a no smoking floor. The wall paper had some weird stains on them and it was pealing. The corner wall on the top right of the shower had some mold stains. The room was not even clean properly because we found a champaign top from the previous guest I think. The bed sheet had a burnt on it and there was a yellow thicker quilt which felt hard like wool material. TV was very small and we only had like 5 local Channels to select from. My husband was very disappointed to have seen the hotel go from a 4star hotel to a run down 2 star.
