King of Pizza

Lived in berlin for about 25 years. Know every pizza joint in the area.
Here is why I don’t order from here, very mediocre food for a very high price. Ive ordered there MAYBE once a year… MAYBE… Customer service is sub par. And the food is also. But like I said high priced. Need to up your game if your gonna call yourself king of pizza, cause your not. Far from it. Plenty of other pizza places in the area w better food and service at better prices.

Very basic pizza with expensive prices. I got a large pepperoni pizza for takeout. It was nothing special, especially for $ 14. Don’t think I’ll order from here again.

They have the best buffalo wings in the area, my family and friends love when we have them. We are also ask to pick them to bring over for a get together.

I went here with a friend after church. It was really good pizza. But the service wasn’t great. The waitress needs to be more upbeat and on top of things. I believe there was only one other table other than us. She didn’t let us know either that we had to pay up front. We had to ask her. I will not be coming back here for pizza.

They are too expensive which is why they lost one star. But, the pizza is great! Not as good as Raymond’s original in Marlton, but it’s the closest place to home. The staff used to be rude, but now they are more friendly. Have been using KOP for over three years for our typical one night a week pizza order. They also have lots of other food choices such as salads, calzones, etc. pretty tasty but I think they need to be more realistic with their prices for a full pie.

This is by far my favorite pizza place. They have the best wings ever! I’m a huge fan of their veggie pizza and buffalo chicken cheesesteak as well. I have been eating here for years HOWEVER I got a buffalo chicken cheesesteak for take out today and found two hairy surprises. I found hair in my buffalo chicken cheesesteak and also a hair in the blue cheese dip. I was so sad to find this because I don’t want to give up my favorite pizza joint. I’m hoping this was a rare occurrence.

Maybe a duke, but definitely not a king …
It’s good pizza, don’t get me wrong, but it is like all the other pizza that is available in this area.

Not sure if they are the King of Pizza as I have yet to try one out of the many times I have been. Why you may ask… because they are in my top 3 for King of Cheesesteaks in South Jersey.
It’s always a great pleasure of mine to try new cheesesteaks spots. So when my friend suggested this place, I was more than gamed.
The cheese and meat were perfectly seasoned and portions for the money

Every bad review this place has, they have absolutely earned. Ordered a pizza and cheese fries, woman on the phone was overly rude. When I arrived at the restaurant, I went to pay, she punches the numbers into the register and just puts her hand out. Ugh! I almost said F that and walked away. I paid and left with the food.
The food tasted extremely processed as if it came out of a microwave. Swill.
Not going back.

Berlin location is barely on the same level compared to the cherry hill nj location I stopped by this one in berlin because it’s convenient and very familiar with the history of the cherry hill location got the usual order pepperoni pizza and a order of wings (mild) let say this the food is not as good in berlin nj location the pizza served is full of dough with thick breading not thin crust that has a nice crisp bite and there less topping on this pizza you received sparsely pieces of of there topping i called to ask why I get this explanation from the establishment that’s how it’s made the which i ordered mild were okay not the greatest in flavor and seasoning which is what the chicken wings needed i was totally disappointed by the outcome being the fact of King of pizza long well known history in south jersey for now on if I am within the location in cherry hill i would prefer there pizza and wings because if you carry the same name doesn’t mean you have the same integral passion as the original

I always come here to get a quick meal or order out for dinner. I have had everything from pizza to there salads. I have never came a crossed something I did not like. Best pizza around this area and best mild sauce as well.

Lousy service. Food below average. Won’t return.

So, I’m writing this as I just finished pizza and wings. Pretty sure this was the fourth time this month. The pizza is average. The wings are what keeps me coming back. Spicy, crisp, and juicy. Definitely my favorite wings in the area this far!

Best Wings ever OMG I always get the mild but they have a little spice to them. The pizza is very good its very clean and the girls who work there are sooo nice and friendly.

The food is spectacular. Pizza is always very, very hot and ready to eat. Sides are delicious and much better than what a lot of other pizzerias offer.
The only problem, and the reason for the loss of a star, is the service. It used to be pretty good, but recently, it’s gonna down in quality.
I recommend coming on a Sunday afternoon. The waitresses that work then are always welcoming and pleasant.
But the food is worth it! Go just to experience it!

I was here for the first time in a couple years last night. The manager was very friendly and had as laughing. We ordered a lg sausage pizza and it only took like 8 mins to cook. They put so much sausage on the pizza it was amazing. The cannolis were also very good. Will def return soon.

Great margerhita pizza! What a wonderful surprise that was. I must also say I enjoy the sausage pizzas here because they’re not crumbled bits of sausage bit slices. Lastly, I have to say their wings are very good. They are a nice choice and quite tasty. Almost as good as pic-​a-​lili inn’s wings if you’re familiar with them. They have a different taste but are up to par with the flavorful kick you desire in wings. This place is definitely worth a try.

Love going here for slices when I’m in the area. The sausage is a weird kind, like sliced pieces not crumbles or even pepperoni slices-​type. The veggie is SO garlicky and delicious. The white is meh. And the plain is great. Expect to spend $ 8 for 2 slices and a medium soda. Don’t forget CASH ONLY!

This place is great… The service here deserves 5 stars by itself. The ladies that work the counter and take orders at the tables are extremely nice and attentive. And not in just an «it my job» kind of way. They genuinely want to ensure that you not only enjoy your meal, but they also have some great conversations with you. The pizza there is outstanding, along with their salads, wraps, and sandwiches. But what I really like there is their homemade soups that is made fresh daily. I don’t live remotely close to this business. But it is where I drive to when I’m in the mood for some great soup and a salad. My wife turned me on to this place several years ago when she was working in the area, and we’ve been going ever since. This is a must try place for pizza.

Such fond memories of coming here back in the 90s. My dad would bring my brother and I here almost every Friday night. Their pizza is pretty kick-​ass. Although I don’t have a concrete favorite pizza place in South Jersey, they are definitely within the top 3. I would definitely recommend getting the sausage pie! Their sandwiches are also very good and their fries are always blazing hot! Oh and how can I forget their wings? I’m always a little skeptical getting wings from a pizza place, but the King’s wings share the throne! We don’t go to King as much as we used to, but we do order take-​out every now and then. For some reason, it always tastes MUCH better when you eat it there. KIng of Pizza truly does live up to its name.
