Mark D Brady Enterprises

We used Mark Brady Enterprises for our Ocean City condo. I don’t often take the time to write reviews on the web unless I am truly pleased with the service or product. However, when it comes to Mark Brady, I cannot recommend anyone else with higher regard. Mark is a true carpenter and has done a variety of work around my house: ripped out old carpet, installed premium grade tiles, installed a beat board for my kitchen bar, and painted various areas throughout the house.
We went with Mark based on the previous Unilocal reviews. He took the extra time to do the job right. Mark takes the time to finish the details. Not mention that he is reasonably priced! We will definitely hire Mark for future projects in my vacation home.
Need I say more? Give him a call. Hire him!

Mark and crew did an extensive remodel of my house including remodel of entire kitchen, shoring up and replacement of most subflooring, replaced all closet doors and frames, remodel of two bathrooms, removal of a wall to make two bedrooms into one, installation of all flooring, and painted the entire house.
Mark and his crew went above and beyond what was expected — his work was excellent. You could tell he was a perfectionist and his attention to detail was outstanding. He was aware and accomodated the time schedule. At the end of the job, the entire house was cleaned and move-​in ready.

Just had some work done in my home by Mark and his company! Extremely profession, prompt and super nice! The work that was done was done to perfection! Left the home super clean! Extremely trustworthy and honest and his prices are incredible! Would highly recommend his work to anyone and can’t wait to remodel more rooms in my home!

I used he’s services, he was very professional, worked around my schedule in the ocean pines area. Loved his work!

He fixed my parents house a few years back — best work we had done to the place, it was a quick remodel of the living room /​dining room. Living by the water we had some long term problems, Mark and the guys fixed everything up so nicely it felt like we were moving into a new house. Good Guys — Highly recommend.
