I set up an appointment to have them come out for an estimate but they didn’t show up or call to say they wouldn’t be there. They also didn’t show up for my cousin’s appointment. I understand that it’s a busy time with storm cleanup but that’s no excuse to waste our time. If they are at their max workload then it would be better to explain that when answering the phone instead of leaving a bad impression.

After several services didn’t call me back, or no-​showed for estimate appts, I had the pleasure of working with Treemasters. Came out for estimate as promised and on-​time. Good price, fast work. Three trees down and several stumps in a couple hours. Would def use again!

We were thrilled with all the work Treemasters performed at our home. Trimming in preparation for solar panels last Spring, then taking out a very large tree (nearly 5 foot diameter), hauling it away, and grinding the stump this Fall. Their fee was lower than most of the other certified guys that gave us an estimate, but meeting Andy was the reason we gave them our business. He is knowledgable and was on site. Great crews.

I had such a great experience with this company! My husband and I had cut down 7 very large bushes (6ft each) and had spoken to our township about picking them up. The township agreed, but the day they were supposed to come take the brush from our curb, they refused to remove the brush, and instead gave us a citation. We initially called a company called EZ Tree removal service on Thursday afternoon. Let’s just say we were given a complete run around (for 2 days) by EZ Tree care, which resulted in them telling us they were sorry, but we had to find someone else to do it because they wouldn’t «make it out to us.» This is after 2 DIFFERENT appointments, mind you. We ended up calling TREE MASTERS on a Saturday afternoon, and although their crews were currently at different jobs, Andrew assured us he would come out to us. My husband and I were leery about any company at this point (after what we had gone through that day) but low and behold they showed up WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD! And not only did they show up quickly, they did the job in 35 minutes, clean up included. They were very friendly, helpful, understanding and extremely professional. I would recommend them to ANYONE, and plan on using them for any work I need done in the future. Thank you again, Andrew and Rob for your amazing work! We truly appreciate it!

Phenomenal work!!! Our yard is completely transformed. Andrew and his crew are courteous, professional, thorough, and tidy. We had multiple trees cut down, trimmed back, and stumps ground down. Thank you Tree Masters :-)
