Basics of security are not followed. When I made use of the«forgot your password» feature, they sent me my existing username and password INCLEARTEXT. Clearly the developers haven’t a clue about security. This is dangerous. I won’t even go into how ridiculous the user interface is for signing up for classes. I can live with that but I cannot live with security breaches

I called this business to have a overcharge fee removed and was talked AT by a woman on the phone and was abruptly hung up on and ignored when I asked who I should contact to rectify my mis-charge. Very unprofessional service with terrible staff. I will be reporting this business to the BBB.

This company makes their money by not telling consumers there is a problem with their account. They call two weeks after payment was declined because of a lost card but never notify you that is the reason. They tell you in a voice mail they are a collection agency. They never answer the phone, play phone tag and then in a letter tell you they notified you of the problem and charge a penalty fee that is 100% of the amount due. Normally a respectable company will tell you there is a problem, give you time to rectify the situation without the need to penalize you and try to ruin your credit record. Cardio express customers beware.
