Horrible customer service! The women just sat and talked for five minutes while I was waiting for my sandwich! Very unprofessional. Guy mopping very nice though

Not that people would look at a mcdonnalds or subway review, but i go there all the time and always got great service and food.

This store is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week!!! Perfect spot to get a quick fix to go or enjoy inside. This is my go-​to after a late night gym session. Located in a bustling intersection of Washington and Country Club plus right off the freeway! Parking is constricted here and pretty dangerous to pull into during the day. Late at night, it’s parking galore though!
The staff here are always friendly at night and efficient! I don’t notice a difference in the quality at 1am than during the day. This place could use some cleaning every now and then from all the customers they have. They do have a restroom here as well.
Overall 4 stars because they need to wipe down the tables every now and then, but I than that, they’re good to go. FYI try the chicken chipotle guacamole!

I would rather have eaten at the ‘Star Wars Cantina.’
Visited this Subway several days ago and ordered a one person pizza for what quickly became a bad dining in experience.
The employees behind the counter were friendly and appeared to be efficient.
I returned the pizza for it was uncooked on the bottom and not even close to being hot/​done on the top of pizza.
The Ladies placed my pizza back in their «Turbo Oven» and what I received back was burnt on the top and white/​uncooked on the bottom.
The store manager was the person who took my pizza out of the oven and placed it on the serving line for his Staff to box and give to me.
He obviously didn’t care either.
The fountain drink was ok and the cookies were… well… not worth eating.
Honestly, I don’t know why I didn’t ask for my money back.
Trash was overflowing from the bin near the seating area and there were no sun shades to protect the seated patrons from the direct late afternoon sun.
This experience has motivated me to never stop at this particular restaurant again.

Not the best Subway experience as slow service as well as no cilantro but OK fro simple stop on your way.
Bathrooms are clean so that definitely helps.

Great fast food. Take away, or eat in. They make Fresh sandwiches on the spot, the way you like them.
Clean inside restaurant, comfortable alone or with family.
Even has breakfast items, meal deals, and kids meals. Also Caters ! Affordable for everyone.

I really like this Subway, it is the perfect stop on my way outta town. It always clean, has a fast-​moving line, and all the employees are efficient and very friendly and courteous. Its clean too.
It would be a 5-​star, but I removed one because last time I was there a couple of weeks ago, I got soup (which I normally do not) because I had a nasty cough. Sadly, the piping hot broth I was looking forward too was merely lukewarm.

Open 24 hours. Had the subway pizza for the first time, definitely not a fan. I like more crispy and the sauce was too sweet, tasted like ketchup.

Had to ring the bell numerous times to get helped. Attitudinal salad maker. Forgot the dressing.

I visit this Subway at least twice a month as I live right next door, and every time it’s been consistently meh. I’ve been a fan of Subway my whole life, and while the subs fend off my craving for a while, there’s still a little bit to be desired.
I’m not sure why, but the subs from this place is always so dry! When I order the meatball for instance, there is hardly any sauce! A dry marinara sandwich is gross. Same for when I try something like the turkey. I even attempt to fix it by asking for extra mayo, and the employees certainly give more mayo but its all in the same 1 line. The only thing that accomplishes is the mayo goops out the end but there are still huge dry spots.
Also. when someone says «Light» as in «Light black olives» that really does mean take it easy on that side. I always have to go through and pick off toppings once they’re done.
In any case, the store is nice and clean, and the staff is very fast. I wish I could say something nice about the staff besides speed, but most of the workers I encountered are a bit rude. Not mean, perse, but they definitely give off a vibe of just wanting you out of there mingled with impatience.
Overall — If there was another subway just as close, I would visit that one instead with hopes of something better for the price.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jason, after I made a few constructive comments to him about a recent experience at this location. He listened intently and non defensively and stated «there is always room for improvement” – pledging to meet with his team and conveying a customers POV. That’s what I call GREAT leadership and management. Jason’s professionalism and their great sandwiches have a LOYAL customer in me – I encourage all visitors to visit this SUBWAY and if you have even a slight issue/​concern-​ask to see Jason. He listens and he takes action – a real pro.

Sandwiches are ok, I’ve had better. Staff doesn’t know the difference between O V and Italian, and the staff talks about the store guest (good or bad) loud enough that you can hear them while the guest is still in the store. I guess I should say it’s not there fault cause they weren’t trained properly, but I think there all old enough to know better. Needless to say I will never go back again

I love this subway! I drive right past a different subway just to get to this one. They are clean, fast and efficient! And they make me feel like family! Go to this subway. Go job guys! Ang from Toyota

Subway Very Good Sandwitches Very Nice People And Clean And Fresh Mmm… Sandwitches

The staff was very welcoming. My sandwich (Steak sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese bread with all the topings) tasted delicious. The only thing I don’t like is that when they toast the sandwich the bread usually gets too crunchy and a bit hard. Other that that its a good place.

It’s been years since I’ve stepped foot into a Subway… and from the looks of it nothing has changed. The yeasty bread smell still suffocates you as you enter the store. Same selection as always with the addition of an Omega-​3 grain bread and some new sandwich options.
I ordered a six inch veggie… now okay subway workers… please don’t be afraid to pile on the veggies, when I ask for jalapeños I do want more than 3 without having to ask twice. And no spinach? Kind of disappointing. Regardless, the sandwich was yummy.
A clean store, although the workers should wipe down the tables between customers as many of the tables had crumbs. Eww.
