Nail Tech

I had my nails done here yesterday and it was the worse experience I have ever had. It looked like a 4 year old had painted my nails. I had nail polish all over the skin of my fingers. There was no way of me cleaning it up as it was the Gel Polish. I went back the next morning to get my money back and the manager told me she had to remove my polish before she could give me a gift certificate she would not refund me cash. She would not soak my nails she used the grinder to remove the Gel Polish and screwed up my own nails. Why would I want a gift certificate when I would never come back to this place or recommend this place to anyone? The manager started yelling at me and told me all I want was things for free that I just got my nails done so that I could go out and party for the night. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

My daughter & I had our nails done here yesterday. The nail tech did a HORRIBLE job for my 13 yr old daughter. The design was sloppy, the base coat was uneven & some parts of her nails weren’t covered completely. Her friends thought she had done them herself.
We came back the next day to have her nails fixed & when we communicated our displeasure to the nail tech, he was loud & confrontational. In addition, he continued to look at us & talk about us to other employees & the client he was working on. With so many other nail salons around to choose from, we definitely will not come back or ever recommend anyone to come to this nail salon.
