I have SO much to say about this place, but it’s pretty much not even worth getting more upset about how badly they treated me. At the very least I can write this much to warn others about them abusing their power. I bought a facial package & had such a horrible esthetician working on me that I hated going! She sent me to a dermatologist one time after messing with something she had NO business messing with on my face (our conversation was ridiculous since she spoke like she knew was she was doing & I knew what it was, but couldn’t see only what she was telling me-​finally had to tell her to leave it alone because I had a feeling she had NO clue! Later, I saw it was VERY noticeably irritated & I kept putting cold water to calm down a CYST!, as I was talking with the owner, trying to get a word in about it as she was talking my ear off. Finally explaining I would have to see a doctor for this!) & another appointment she started late AND ended early (for NO good reason)-so my time was «maybe» ½ & no one cared! Yes, I paid for 5 but didn’t use 5 & that woman was no longer working there before my expiration date-​hmmmm tells ya something. I also informed them of each issue (very cautiously, not to offend anyone… even apologizing saying I didn’t want to be «that» customer to complain with every appointment) as soon as it happened, like I said they didn’t care, not the owner & not the manager. Like I said, I have SO much more detail I could go to court about it, it was THAT bad!
