D&L Landscaping

If you’re thinking of purchasing any material as in sand, gravel, river rock, top soil etc. from D & L landscaping Nursery/​Irrigation think again. I ordered 4 cubic yards of river rock. And that’s not what was delivered. Based on my calculations they delivered 2.50 cubic yards of river rock.
I’m only asking for what I paid for «4 cubic yards of river rock». The owner of D & L landscaping Nursery/​Irrigation Erasmo Chaves thinks differently. They use an S250 Bobcat with a 73″ front loader. If it were an 84″ front loader that load would be under 1cubic yard and it’s still not 1 cubic yard! Since their front loader is a 73″ front loader that equates to 17 cubic feet per scoop. According to the owner Erasmo Chaves one scoop is 1 cubic yard and that is what they sell to everyone that purchases sand, gravel, river rock, top soil etc. at D & L Landscaping Nursery/​Irrigation
I contacted Erasmo Chaves to see how to resolve this problem and I asked if he can prove to me what he delivered. Erasmo Chaves said to me I needed to get some contaioner come over and measure 1 cubic yard. I declined because I know what’s sitting in my driveway is not 4 cubic yards of river rock. Erasmo Chaves kept saying I gave you a good deal and you are complaining? I said I’m sorry I only want what I paid for «4 cubic yards of river rock» and before I could finish my statement Erasmo hung up on me.
Friday afternoon (5÷1÷15) I sent Erasmo Chaves a text giving him the opportunity by the end of the weekend to resolved this matter. Since he hung up on me I think the commutations between us has stopped.

3. And I’m doing a formal complaint against D & L Landscaping Nursery/​Irrigation 3439 E. HWY 29 Bertram, TX 78 641 (512) 355‑9601 on the internet as in YEP, Facebook, Angie List, NEXT DOOR
and any company I find them listed with!!!
