Going to make this short and sweet. This place should be the last resort you go to. If you have a Cumberland farms or any other kind of gas station nearby, chances are the ice cream will be better. Has anyone ever gone to an ice cream place and ordered a vanilla hard ice cream!!! Well it’s non existent like dinosaurs at this«ice cream establishment»(if that’s what you want to call it) anyhow I resorted to a cookies n cream ice cream that was dreadful. Had I stayed home and put a lot of sugar in a glass of water with some old milk that’s gone bad from a month ago, I could of very well duplicated my serving. The owner of this place should be very worried considering that all other ice cream places were too busy and sadly had to resort to this disaster place. Stay away!

Located seconds from Somersworth, NH, Dairy Delite of Berwick is a seasonal outdoor takeout place serving ice cream treats and typical hot drive-in fare. There are picnic tables along the side of the building. They offer soft serve and hard scoop ice cream & yogurt treats,(cones, sundaes, flurries, frappes, floats, banana boats), freezes, slushies, burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, tuna rolls, chicken tenders, fried seafood, fries, rings, slaw, chili, and Coke products. The prices seem fair here, cones $ 2.25-$ 3.95, sandwiches under $ 5, and dinner plates under $ 10. Specials are offered here too and they have a Skyscraper Sundae on the menu. Driving out of NH, I stopped at Dairy Delite on a chilly March afternoon. I ordered a Large Hot Fudge Sundae($ 4) with cookie dough hard ice cream, whipped cream, cherry, and nuts(add $ 0.50) and actually had to consume the treat inside the vehicle due to the high winds. The sundae was alright and very very sweet including the ice cream which had bits of cookie dough and chocolate chunks, topped with plenty of thick chocolate sauce and light whipped cream. However, the amount of peanuts on my sundae was very sparing, peanuts in a few bites. I finished up my «okay» cold sweet treat and headed on my way through Southern Maine.
