When they gave my daughter chemical burns on her scalp and caused her hair to turn to jelly and fall out they tried blaming well water (do not have a well), medications (stylist was a bit sedate), past hi lighting (has was foiled 3 MONTHS earlier), etc. Refused refund. Never an apology. Sent us home with hair that actually turned to a jelly! Male stylist and «BIG RED» treated us horrible!

Great place. A gem in the area. Amazing group of hair stylists. Place is nice and clean. People are friendly. Great result. Would definitely go back.
