Prosperity Buffet

I have been visiting Berwick for years because I have customers here. The food was always okay, but not the best in the area. I should have checked the reviews before I came in. The meat was tasteless and disgusting, so I only ate the vegetables. The host was a young man, and he was very rude. He sat me at a table and I went up to serve myself and when I returned, two guys sat themselves here even though my drink was sitting there. I went back to the «host» and he said «I sat you there at the first table!» «I know! Someone is sitting there». He went over to the table, removed my drink from where the two guys were sitting and placed it on my table. I told him that I wanted a new drink, because it was at another table with those two men. He was mad and dumped it out in the sink. I watched him to make sure he didn’t do anything to it and he saw me watching him. After that, he kept following around the woman host and started bickering with her and she just kept blowing him off. He did this in front of everyone. The food was terrible. I ate 3 bites and left. My stomach actually hurt after that. The checkout woman was talking Chinese and English to herself the whole time while I paid for my meal. I actually thought she was talking to me, but she had a Bluetooth in her ear and was on her phone the whole time. Don’t even get my started on the bathroom! I would have been better off if I went in the woods! I will never go here again. They must have had a change in ownership, because the food and the staff used to be nicer. If you see this place, keep on going. Don’t waste your time!

Oh my God was the food bad. I wouldn’t eat here again if my life depended on it. Everything was cold, and I even felt a bit sick after I left

If you said I could eat there for free, I would say «no thanks». I wish I could have asked the owners to sit down with me and had them review the crap food they were placing out. But, if u like grizzly tasting food and a buffet out of food during peak buffet time frame, knock yourself out. I felt awful leaving the place.
