Burger King

Very nice service. I’m not sure what others are talking about. I appreciated the nice shirt and tie uniforms too! Well done Burger King!

I do have to confirm that this burger king did run out (as alluded to by other reviewers) of a key part of the value meal, the soft drinks, but offered icees instead which to me was cool.
The Food was tasted fresh as it can be being fast food.
The fries were good as well, i obviously hit this location up at the right time or was very lucky.

This by far the worst Burger King in the west chicago area with the worst managers I’ve every seen

I’ve lived about a block away from this Burger King for the past 10 years. Honestly, how is this place still open. Over the years this restaurant has had consistently horrible service. I used to like Burger King and it seems that the franchise as a whole is really trying to turn around their image.
that said my experience today went like this, I walk in and two employees are leaving the restaurant to go to their car and they proceed to unload a piece of fur nature from one car and place it in another.
I know this because i was standing at the counter waiting for someone to take an order for several minutes. It was long enough for the cook in the back to yell to someone i could not see five or six times that they have a customer but made no attempt to take an order herself. Eventually I get tired of waiting and walked out. As soon as I exit the two employees outside say in a half sheepish and half mocking tone, «Thank you for choosing Burger King, Have a nice day».

Worst burger king I’ve ever been too, we went thru the drive through one night around 9 or so and ordered 2 burgers and were told they ran out of burger. How does a BURGER KING run out of burgers? And yet we still gave it another chance, this time for breakfast. I went thru the drive thru yet again, however this time given it was almost 10:30, they were not even open yet!

I wish Unilocal had the option of selecting no stars because that is what this place deserves. My husband ordered from the drive thru from Donita M. where she completely messed up with his order. When he brought it to her attention, she scoffed, rolled her eyes and walked away. She came back with his correct order and then she proceeded to snap her fingers at him and yelled ‘Come on!” for payment. She took the money and then shortened him $.75. She then tossed him his food and slammed the window shut and continued texting. Never coming here again and making sure to inform the corporate offices of this ghetto ass behavior.

I went in today and had decent service, though I suppose it was because the manager took my order.
The last time I was in here, a few months ago, my friend and I came in and I was going to spot him since he didn’t have any cash. So he was in the middle of ordering — I ordered first — and I realized I forgot to tell the cashier to hold the mayonnaise on my Whopper. So I told her just that, in a normal, «oops, I forgot» manner. This woman, I don’t know her name but she has to weigh about 300 pounds — told me that «she can’t do that because The order has already been finalized.» Um, no it hadn’t been, because my friend was still ordering and neither one of us had paid for anything yet. And mind you, we were the only two customers in the building. Then she was snippy with me and my friend. He finished ordering, and when I went to pay, I asked if she was going to tell the cook to hold the mayo, since I could see her standing around. She sighed and griped and moaned and basically made it out to be like I just forced her to kill her grandmother before begrudgingly agreeing that I could «have it my way.»
As I said, I went in for lunch today and «the manager» did fine by me. And the big lady was there. But the «manager» seemed to be rude to the customers ahead of me as she called out the orders to go. For no apparent reason. I mean, really? This place is fucking dead all the time and you all are going to treat your customers like that? I’ll go to the other 2 Berwyn locations — or McDonald’s — before I come back here. Or better yet, I’ll go spend $ 6.50 for a burger combo at a local place.

WORST BURGER KING EVER
I went in here with the hubby on a Sunday afternoon for a quick bite while running some errands. The drive through was tiny and was going super super slow (with only one guy in line?), so we went inside. The girl who took our order was stuck in the raver era… gross. Anyway, we asked for a large fry, one whopper with cheese no mayo, and one fish sandwich. We handed the girl a gift card to pay and she looked so confused. Anyway, she called the drive thru woman over to help her. The drive thru woman had hair the color of ketchup and was a fan of ICP… double gross! When we got the receipt, it did not specify no mayo on the whopper, so we reminded the raver girl, and she meekly asked the two guys making to burgers in the back for no mayo with absolutely no response from either of them. I was watching one of the guys working, he put a slab of mayo on every single bun he touched, including my whopper’s bun. We got no offer for ketchup and no napkins in the bag. Perhaps the worst thing about this place was the attitude: slow and depressing, no smiles, just sad and glazed over expressions.
