McDonald’s

Just got breakfast and they forgot one of my sandwiches, which is fine, no big deal. I go inside and the manager is talking down to the ladies in the back making sandwiches. The manager is African American and all the ladies making the food are Hispanic, the manager tells the ladies «come ladies not today» «un sausage muffin» «si se puede» in a very condescending and disrespectful manner. Zero stars for this establishment, and I’m sure McDonalds doesn’t care but my family and I will not be going back!!!

The staff was mostly young kids and could not have been more polite and on the ball. My order was taken quickly and accurately and delivered to my table, WITH A THANK YOU AND A SMILE, something not often seen in fast food restaurants. As we were leaving, the girls at the counter wished us a Happy Valentine’s Day.

Came in to grab a quick bite. Haven’t been to this McDonalds in a long time. Very friendly service and they bring the food to your table. I never experience that at a McDonald’s. The service was great and they brought our food. They came back to our table to ask if we wanted more coffee or anything else they can get for us. Wow things have changed but the food was still what I excepted. My only complain about the food was the fries. They had no salt at all. The hot chocolate I drank through made up for it. It was better than most places. How things have changed.

Just stopped cause my Daughter, still the same no diffrent, Drive thru, bad. Slow, when got to pick up, they where lost, what did you order. Was going to give me some one else’s order. New location 2 drive in ways to order longer lane. Then privious location still the same.
Perhaps no office for managers be on the drive thru.
Manager on duty, knows what happenning.

UPDATE: Apparently Monopoly is optional for them. Bought several large fries and not a one had any game pieces. This establishment is a joke.
Original: One of the worst McDonalds I have ever bought food from. Like the other review said, the wait is ALWAYS LONG in the drive thru no matter if you’re the only car or the 5^th car. The only thing they are consistent at is consistently getting your order wrong. Absolute embarrassment of an establishment.

Ever since they’ve opened this new location this McDonalds has been horrible. No one seems to have any idea what they’re doing. The drive thru is a mess. I haven’t hade an order right all 3 times I’ve been there. Was pointless to get rid of a perfectly good McDonald’s down the street for this sham of a restaurant. Next time I have a Mac attack, I’m going down the street to Lyons.
