Called day after a big rain storm and they came out before noon as promised. Was having back up from my basement drain. Rodded out my sewer line. Cost was reasonable and no more back-​up problems. Used them several years ago and always have a good experience.

Don’t waist your time with this company or mark. I called Wed made an appointment for Thursday. He said after 9 they will come. No one ever showed up. I called all day long no one picked up. Then finally at 5 pm mark answers his phone and says his trucks were being emptied and that he texted me. Bull shit. He never texted never called. I waisted a whole day for nothing. Worst company ever. Never call them.

Don’t even attempt to go here!!! Or do business with them !!! Mark who ever he is owner worker whatever has horrible work/​business ethics! I had called three time! THREE!!! And no response! He finally answers on the FOURTH call after waiting all day 9 – 4 for NO ONE to show up he answers saying I texted! No one texted back!!! Nor did we relieve it at TWO different numbers! I should have listen to the Unilocal reviews other people wrote but I gave him benefit of the doubt and now I want to make sure nobody else gives him the benefit of doubt and listens to me and everybody else do not go here

Neptune is a very professional and experienced company. After calling two other plumbing companies, we called Neptune and they cleaned up the previous incompetent company’s mess.
We were having back-​up problems with our kitchen sink. We called one company and they spent one hour trying to rod the line. Since they charged «by the hour» we asked them to leave because they claimed the rod was unable to get through because we had «broken pipes». They left a mess (mud & sludge).
The second company wanted to charge us $ 480.00 just to try to rod the line but said «no guarantees». Neptune came out took half an hour and fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate

This company is not trustworthy. They were supposed to come with the camera to run in our pipes, but they «forgot» to bring it even though we specifically told them it was needed since we already had TWO other plumbers rod our pipes with no results. They did just that as well when we told them that was already done twice to no avail, and sure thing that DIDN’T fix our problem AGAIN! Big surprise! They didn’t forget to charge us for it though! Dishonest… They’re lucky they were dealing with my husband and not me!

Called these guys in morning to clean my catch basin out and they came out in less then 2 hours the same day… now that is good service.

I was recommended to Neptune by my plumber and called to have my catch basin cleaned out for my building. I called yo schedule this on a Monday and scheduled it and confirmed on Friday. Friday comes they don’t show up and furthermore I text the man whom confirmed it, Mark, at the time he is supposed to be there and he said he can’t make it emergencies with flooded basements come up. Meanwhile I stayed home from work to meet them and he wasn’t even going to call or let us know this job was not happening and canceled. Very bad business. This should unprofessional and would not recommend how they do business or communicate.

I’ve worked with Neptune for over 10 years and they are responsive, reliable, honest and reasonably priced. You don’t want to be stuck when you need sewer service and calling on someone blindly is a mistake, which I learned the hard way. I trust Neptune to be honest with their recommendations and not try to sell me on services that are overpriced and not necessary.

If you’d like to wait at home after taking time off of work just to have this guy call (when they are already 2 hours late!) just to tell you that it’ll be another 40 minutes til they get there. Then hire this guy.
When you tell them to forget it because you have to get into work and you’d like this guy to not only not apologize but yell at you «Goodbye! GOOOOOODBYEEE!!!» Then hire this joker.
The sludge removal business must be damn good these days to treat customers like this.

Terrible, they are con artists. Came to my house & started working fast, before I could ask questions or say no. They said I needed my line to be cleaned out to the street. I overheard them saying to each other that I had no tree roots or blockages and line was clear. All I had was mud in my drains in the basement. They were really good at taking me for $ 475, don’t let this happen to you.
