Our family loves this park! We go to play on the two playgrounds, picnic, feed the ducks or even just for a stroll. It does get quite busy, we usually end up running into someone we know. In the summer they play movies in the park. In the fall they host a Halloween party. A gem of Berwyn!

The park is beautiful! But there are no bathrooms anywhere conveniently located by the playground, not even an out house. And the bathrooms in the rec building are disgusting. Peeling paint on the stalls, floors stained from years of God knows what… there’s not even soap to wash your hands. If you’re bringing kids here, go to the bathroom before you come. YUCK!

Easily the nicest park in probably the better part of town. The park is a square size and is about ¼ of a mile in size each way. The south part is the playground area while the north part has a few baseball diamond area and everything else in between is all path for walking, running, biking or what have you and its all very well-maintained. This park hasn’t changed all that much even though its in a town that’s trending downward overall. From playing baseball and kickball to my first fight and kiss, this park is special to me and is an integral part of my childhood. Its more like a park you’d find in Riverside, which isn’t too far away.

This is a pretty big park. You can do anything here. They have tennis courts, plenty of open fields, a pretty large playground. And in the main building they have lessons and ice cream, etc. And the staff is great too, besides the fact that I went to high school with half of them. A+ facility. I go there in the morning for running/walking before the kiddie camps start up :). And it’s also a nice location, nice neighborhood and houses and a couple blocks away from Harlem ave., so its easy to access. ENJOY!
