This is wonderful hotel, and I highly recommend staying here. They recently renovated the building, the rooms are large, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the staff is one of the friendliest I’ve met. I will be staying here again.

Stopped here on my way to North Carolina. Very easy check in and extremely friendly front desk clerk. Room was clean and comfortable. Good spread for breakfast. No complaints here.

Stopped at this place on the way home. Room was clean and in good condition. The front desk staff was a bit crisp and not terribly welcoming when I called to see if they had availability. She told me at first that they had no double rooms, so no availability. I asked what they did have (had to ask) and found out they did have King size bed rooms left, which was fine. The place was nicely refreshed but wasn’t impressed with the staff.

I must say that I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and cozy. The room had a DVD player sound system and TV hd tv’s, one in the suit area and one in the living room area. I highly recommend this hotel to all who needs a nice place to lay your head down for a night or two.

Very nice hotel option for Bessemer/McCalla business travelers, 30 minutes southwest of Birmingham, AL.
Restaurants very nearby include Cracker Barrel, Ruby Tuesday’s and Ezell’s Catfish Cabin. There are other dining options 5 – 20 minutes away, so get recommendations from the front desk.
Large, clean suite and bathroom. Friendly staff. Decent workout area.
