Food is good and was fast. Service in dine-in was nonexistent. Had to seat ourselves, get our own drinks, ask twice for straws, ask twice for plates, never got the napkins we asked for three times, never got part of our order(neither did the table next to us) yet they still tried to charge us for these items. Server took no responsibility for her«forgetfulness» and seemed to not even be bothered. Absolutely the worst service we’ve ever experienced anywhere!

The service and in-store experience was simply horrid. I’ll give them 3 stars based on the fantastic response from their corporate management. We filed a customer feedback form and were quickly contacted by two individuals from their regional management team. They were polite, professional and owned the problems. I’ll go back just because of their attitude.

Slow service. Workers don’t care about service. Been solicited to tip more if they give a discount. Drive through is usually ignored while you watch people walk by the window. Odd occasions, it’s good. Roll the dice. I’d go drive through if you want better odds.
