Computer Specialists

I am very satisfied with the services from this company. My TV got fried in an electrical storm a month ago. I bought the TV from Costco about 3 years ago, so it was just out of warranty. Replacing it would have cost close to $ 800. Costco recommended a company called ITI. I called them, and they said they could fix it for $ 300.
ITI must sub-​contract this work locally to Computer Specialists because the business card that was left after the fact was for Computer Specialists and not ITI.
I had to pay the money up-​front via providing my credit card info over the phone, which I didn’t like. However, shortly after paying and filling out a few approval forms. A technician called me and told me my parts were on order and would call back when they arrive.
My technician, Christie was super nice & called all the time to confirm details prior to arriving. The repair itself was quick.
I totally recommend this company if your TV needs repair. You might save some serious dough in repairing it rather than replacing it.
