I am the repeat customer he never remembers. If I buy from him again it will not be until the Obama gun sales slow down. Chris is much more humble when sales are slow. He actually laughed me out of the store when I wanted him to be on the lookout for a gun I wanted even though he told me to come in to give a deposit down the week before on the phone. Fortunately for me it was not a lot to ask of Newington Gun Exchange to be on the lookout for what I wanted. The price was a bit higher but he had what I wanted and also offered the service of e-​mailing when the product did come in. The verdict remains on weather me, my two brothers and father will return to Bethany as a customer. My thought is we reservedly will (due to his honesty).
So to sum it up. Inventory is small. Chris is scatterbrained but honest. He is arrogant at times (or at least appears that way). His prices are great if he has or can get the product.
***UPDATE***
I returned with a friend and Chris seemed in a much better mood. Perhaps I caught him on a bad day the last time. I will return as a customer but maybe not exclusively. He really does have the best prices in most cases.

small inventory, but with excellent prices and phenomenal customer service. would definitely recommend. no evidence of an ammo shortage here!
