Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oklahoma City – Bethany

Be aware that if you stay here, what you are going to get. First, the bed had pubic hair. I was moved to another room. This room was filthy everywhere. The third room had a toilet that was off the foundation, the floor had not been clean and the bed had a hole in the middle that sunk 3 inches. We will never stay at another holiday inn express. Customer service refused to credit back our points for both nights. They refused to credit our credit card. And most upsetting, they refused to help my dad who is disabled. Pictures from corporations do not reflect what the property looks like in person.

There was nasty hair all over the covers, and the sunk in 6 to 8 inches. We have more pics if you care to see America’s worst hotel.

Ended up staying here Valentine’s Day Weekend. The rooms are a nice size and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable! i have a hard time sleeping usually and i fell asleep twice sitting up w/​o even knowing i was going to sleep. Nice and quiet area and very friendly staff. And like by reading the previous reviews, i’m not the only one who really enjoyed the cinnamon rolls!

My in-​laws always stay here when the come to visit. Accommodations are nice and the rooms are a pretty good size. Breakfast is your standard fair but pretty delicious. The cinnamon rolls are amazing. Staff is friendly and always very helpful. Not a bad little place.

The continental breakfast is so so. Not the worst I ever had but they could step their game up some. The fitness center is a insult to the name. I can get more stuff done in my living room. There are 0 weights, weight machines, or what have you. 2 treadmills and a bike. Get your pump somewhere else. The room had two queen beds, a 36in TV and a couple tables. No mini fridge or microwave which I think is pretty much standard nowadays. And the wifi is kind of lame. They change the code daily like someone staying at a hotel is going to come use their wifi without paying for a hotel… You know since they obviously live here which is why they’re staying at a hotel. *Face palm*

What a difference a couple of years make.
I trashed this place in 2012 but tried it again thinking the corporate people would fix things.
All went well and we had a good time and the front desk clerk even cis us some slack regarding staying at the pool a little later than the 10 p. m. cutoff and she even made out two kids promise to not be loud and even had them shake her hand and that really worked! Nice torch.
My main beef if that the AC did not cool the room as much as I would have liked even thought the temp. setting was several degrees lower than the actual temp.

Beautiful Bethany, OK. Nice room and helpful staff for a decent rate. Much needed on our cross country adventure. Bomb FREE breakfast bar.

Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast, easy check-​in, and easy check-​out. The staff member keeping up with the breakfast did a commendable job; she was truly exceptional.

We checked into this hotel three days ago, and we got a king room at this hotel from priceline for a low price. Upon our arrival, the night shift girl at the front desk was only offering us a two queen. However, we finally got what we booked after quite a bit of bargaining. The wifi went down at the night of check-​in, and it seems like the wifi always has some problems and can not be connected at night. We called the front desk to report this problem, however, the same girl who checked us in insisted that there’s nothing wrong with the wifi. She didn’t seem like to help us solving this problem instead, she asked me to call some 1 – 800 number to report this technical problem.
Other than that this hotel was just fine. This hotel is probably the best holiday inn I have ever stayed so far. We liked the breakfast and the pool. The rest of the staff were very friendly and nice. Especially the lady who works at the dining area always greet us at breakfast.

1. The night shift girl at front desk who checked us in was such a piece of work.

This hotel is awesome! Located on historic Route 66 in Bethany, Oklahoma, this hotel is a stone’s throw away from one of the most historic & iconic of Rte. 66 bridges, which crosses wetlands at the north end of Lake Overholser. This property is new, with an indoor pool, wonderful breakfast, and great service. A meeting room is also available. I would choose this place any time I’m in Oklahoma City or traveling along Rte. 66.

Awesome accommodations, spacious layout, great amenities, and ideal location. Staff was hospitable and eager to please!
