All in all, I had a good experience here. The young man who helped me was friendly and efficient, and the pizza was good. It was more expensive than I intended, but I think that’s my fault due to upsizing and add ons. It was fast, even on a busy Friday night that was turning cold quickly.
The staff and the product deserve four stars, but the process gets them a 3. I think my main issue is that it’s a bit overwhelming. There are so many choices and variables, it’s just a lot of information to process. I ordered an entire pizza that wasn’t really what I wanted because I got flustered and felt a bit rushed. I know this is silly, but it’s true. Different crusts, different sizes, one fattening type of pizza and one less so. Several different kinds in both of those categories.
I know this sounds crazy, but I want an if-​this-​then-​that type of ordering experience. I want apps and iPads. I want a series of questions: How many people are you feeding? Do you want fattening or not-​as-​fattening? Okay, here are your choices. Okay, on the first pizza, do you want everything that comes on it? Any deletions or substitutions? And so on.
With the current system and being not very tall, I could hardly see the board over the sneeze guard, and after I stood there staring at it for so long, I finally just ordered something, anything. The pie was good, but I ordered waaaay too much, I guess not really understanding how big and thick they really are. Next time I’ll have my pizza plan mapped out before I go in.

Super friendly location. Had a crave for a chicken-​bacon-​artichoke while on the road. Kind of a small location and it was pretty busy. Everyone there was friendly and they served all of us quickly. recommend.

I don’t know how I didn’t realize there was a Papa Murphy’s around the corner. I’ve lived here for more than a year, and drove past it weekly. But alas I found it. We went in one Wedneday night and got a couple pies and a salad. It was all so yummy. The customer service is actually pretty good, and friendly. I was thanked for my business and didn’t have to wait long for my pizzas to be ready. The guy that assembled our pizzas, went over the baking instructions with me and asked if I had any questions before sending me on my way. We had a supreme of sorts and a peperoni pizza and they were both perfect. Actually thinking about those pizzas as I write this review has made me want more and I just decided on our Sunday afternoon lunch.
