Rita’s Italian Ice

I’m not really a sweets person. I try to limit my sugar intake as much as possible. However, Aaron M. convinced me to try the iconic staple Rita’s Italian Ice. Rita’s is the best mix of frozen ice and yogurt I’ve ever had. I’m still not really a sweets fan but I ate the entire thing! I’ve been persuaded by the catchy jingle on the smartphone app and the colorful cheerful atmosphere of Rita’s. I’m not going to run to Rita’s, but I’ll gladly go and get a yearly treat here!

Hey, it’s a Rita’s. Like all others you have been to before. But, friendly staff and bigger seating than most. Can’t go wrong.

The only thing I had was a chocolate /​vanilla soft serve custard twist, each of the 4 trips there this week. Fast, clean and friendly. Don’t waist your time with the other ice cream shops. This is the best.

Rita’s is always a great place to visit when you’re at the beach and its even better when the location is bright, cheery and clean! We were lucky to be on the trolley getting a ride back from the beach when the driver handed each of us a coupon for a free regular sized Rita’s Italian ice and a few coupons for buy one get one free! This was really great because my friends had come to visit with their kids and so in addition to my four, there were 9 more!
After grilling out and stuffing ourselves, we walked over to Rita’s where we received excellent service by some very patient youngsters who didn’t lose their cool when a few of the smaller ones couldn’t decide on what to get. We ended up with an assortment of flavors and selections… the blendini, the traditional ice and the custard with ice! Mango seemed to be the most popular flavor in our group!
This location is certainly worthy a visit or two or three! You won’t be disappointed.

Rita’s was a brand new experience: never been to one before. We had the gelati and it was awesome. Next day, back again for more. I have not tried everything, but if the gelati is any indiction of what is good, I’m all over them.
