This is a great little breakfast place that I always forget about since it’s tucked away at Wiley Post airport. I thought of it yesterday as a fun place to bring my nephew, since you can watch the planes land and take off! But the food was also good for kids and adults alike. I was right about kids loving it, although there wasn’t much plane traffic on a cloudy Tuesday morning. On a sunny Saturday, I bet this place is covered up with planes! My sister and I shared a western omelette, and it was good, albeit a bit different. It seemed to be baked rather than done on a griddle, so it was not greasy at all. Good for the diet and the tummy, but not as flavorful as fresh from the griddle. The hash browns and toast were good as well. We also split a Belgium waffle, which was good, but I think I might change the toppings next time. Fruit and whipped cream sounded good, but the berries were in a heavy sauce and the whipped cream was not like a dollop of fresh whipped cream, but more like something from a can. Totally acceptable for a greasy-ish spoon(it’s not a country club waffle, I guess is what I mean), but I think next time I’ll opt for just butter and syrup. All in, a good breakfast, fun for families. Bonus points for having a toys area for kiddos who need more distractions that the planes and the coloring books and crayons.

These guys bake their omelets for a taste and constancy that is second to none! They close at 2pm so get here early and try the hawian or create your own, it’s all very delocious! Word on the street is the cinnamon rolls are excellent and you can also watch airplanes take off and land so if you’re into it then grab a seat by the window
