I was going to go to Lowes to purchase shades for my kitchen/​family room, but decided to look at reviews on Unilocal.Thank God I did! I called Stacey at Gotcha covered, who immediately returned my call and set up a free consultation. We met and 1 month later my shades are installed and I couldn’t be happier! She has a great sense of style, and great companies with extensive samples to choose from. Her customer service was the best, and communication with me was excellent! The installer she works with was wonderful as well. I will be using Gotcha Covered for all window coverings in the future! I am sooo happy!

We are so pleased with our blinds and solar shades. They look great! We were able to stay within our budget thanks to Stacey’s expertise and all the different options she offered. We shoped around and Stacey offered the most competitive prices. We could not be more pleased with the whole experience. Given the great price, we half expected a final product that wouldn’t be as good as that offered by the higher priced competition. We were wrong! The blinds and shades were the same brand, the installation was professional and the final result is gorgeous. All for around half the price of what the other companies were quoting us! We are so grateful for the great job Stacey did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services to friends and family.

Stacey came and measured my sliding door for new window treatment. She offered suggestions for design and color which was very helpful. She ordered the treatment, returned and installed the blind. Stacey was extremely professional and responsive from the first phone call to the completion of the installation. She had great products to offer and I liked that I felt no pressure to buy.
