We were here for the three-day weekend and thought we’d visit the distillery based on their reputation on here. Came in to a lackluster, empty room. We were informed that the place was closing one hour before advertised on the site(shrug shrug, no apology). I told them we were not from here, wanted to try a tasting, didn’t know anything about the spirits. We were asked what we wanted to try. We weren’t sure, asked for some info, even one specifically, and were told«that is what that’s called.» This was not a distillery, but a bar that could have been any other McWhoevers, offering us 1⁄10th of a shot as a «tasting» for $ 3 each. One of the attendees was new and kept telling us that, and the other was probably overwhelmed bc he had to do both of their jobs. It was obvious that they didn’t want to be there. We left to go to the café where the service was better. Please skip this distillery(unless youre interested in being served a drink and nothing more) and head to Prohibition, not too far away. We went the following day and got everything we expected, a tour, some history, a real tasting with explanations. Bought a wonderful bottle of bourbon.

The tasting Rye and Bourbon were very good and the drinks they mix were even more exceptional. The maple Old Fashioned was my favorite.

The whole experience was great. My family decided to have cocktails before the tour. I had Bees Knees… OMG it was so good. Everyone enjoyed each of thier drinks. The tour group was nice cause it was so small and we got a chance to be up close with all the equipment. The fact that they hand fill everything gives you a huge appreciation for the quality of their products. The whole family brought tons of stuff. They also have honey and maple syrup… I’m so glad we went. It was a great time.

The vodka was good but I didn’t care for any of the other liquors. The bartender at the distillery(forgot his name … charming gentleman from the UK) mixed very good drinks. The space is very nice to host an event and they often have live music.

This place was so nice! They gave us a quick tour of their distillary and were knowledgable. They let my fiancé taste a few different whiskey’s before deciding on which he wanted. We ordered an amazing brie dish and I can only imagine their whole menu was delicious. I would come back here if I was passing through again! It doesn’t hurt that it’s right down the block from Woodstock which is just cool!

Nice place to come eat at the restaurant and walk right next door to the distillery bar, grab a drink and a souvenir and sit outside on the deck overlooking the beautiful view and concert nights, the huge bonfire on the lawn!

Let me just start, I hate Vodka but coming here made me reconsider. I’m more of a whisk(e)y girl but I loved their Vodka. April was the bartender and she was GREAT! She made our experience so much better. She knew exactly what she was talking about whether it be the liquor or when the best time to visit disneyworld is! She got us sold on a new product… we would’ve never tried the Peace Vodka… so glad she pushed it. I ordered a White Russian immediately after tasting the vodka. Even if you’re not a vodka fan(such as myself) trust me, try it. And get a white/black Russian. As a whiskey drinker, April really genuinely wanted us to try the vodka and im glad we did. The whiskey was also good– but weirdly, I enjoyed the vodka more! Thanks so much April!

I learned about this place from a friend in the area. It had just opened. They were making Peace Vodka. And giving tours of the distillery. And samples if you caught them at the right moment. Or you could have a drink at the bar. Or next door at the Dancing Cat Salon. I was spending a lot of time in the area and got to know the place well. I was happy to support them and enjoy their vodka still. Its a whole wheat based vodka, no flavors. They also make a nice gin, Curious Gin. Ive given some bottles as housewarming gift and have always been asked to «bring more next time». Always a good sign. They do make some«non clear spirits» as well, a whisky, bourbon and rye to name a few. On a recent visit i was told their expanding spirits line has been a success. But we still come for the vodka. And occasional gin. All products are small batch made and sold both direct from the distillery and from local and national stores. Its my understanding the retail price at the distillery is the same as at most retail outlets, but I cant confirm that, I only buy direct from the source. 4 stars, its a startup and supporting local business and people, but its not our favorite vodka or gin for the price. But love that it comes just down the road from Woodstock, the actual site, not the town. And is a Sullivan County original.
