Quality Gem

So we went in looking for an engagement ring. I know a lot about jewelry and exactly what I like, dont like and I was especially specific about what we were NOT looking for… that is exactly what the girl showed us. A WAY overpriced setting it was huge and crazy expensive. when I mentioned this was not what I was looking for and that it was too much in every way she showed us others but went back to that setting 2 more times actually telling my fiancée «you want to be proud to give the ring to her dont you?» but then said you know I dont work on commission OMG! They didnt have much to show we quickly exhausted their selection and the settings they had didnt even have CZs in them so you can get an idea of how itd look. Overall, I would never go there for jewelry, sales girl was a complete turn off and the selection was poor for engagement rings. Go to jewelry designs!

Fantastic service. The staff remembers your name (it seems) and they are very calm and understand to your every need. The service is prompt and the jewelry is usually ready sooner than they estimate! Will be back here for all my jewelry needs!

My family has been going to Dennis practically all my life. My mother keeps a running wish list here, so my father really has no excuse to goof on presents (and yet, he somehow manages to do). Excellent service, selection, prices– if they do not have something, they will find it for you.

I have to admit, I am biased about this place. It is owned by a family friend of my fiancé’s.
The first purchase he made there, however, was my engagement ring. The service at the store has been top-​notch. We had to bring my ring in to be sized, as the boy went a little large (better than too small!). Most places will ask you to leave it there overnight, or a few days, and come back for it. We had it back in an hour, polished and looking brand-​new, fitting perfectly.
The jeweler sat with us and went over the pros and cons of the different types of wedding bands, patiently answering all of my many questions. He was so helpful.
The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5? It’s not close enough to our house, so we have to make special trips to stop by. Which we’ll be doing again soon, as we need to have the ring sized down again… I have shrinking fingers, I swear.
