Staff are always helpful at this location. If you want to feel good about your purchases shop here. DO NOT GO TO CHEVY CHASE STORE! Horrible customer service! They’re lazy and incredibly unfriendly.

I wouldn’t even give this store one star. I love BCBG’s clothing and this one store is the closest to my house. It’s really sad that this store is being run by such an awful bunch of people. Every time I went there, I had to deal with a bunch of rude women, so I decided to shop from other stores instead. They don’t even bother to say hi or ask their customers if they need any help and God forbid if you don’t like something and decide to return it. They will not even look at you and treat you like garbage! Don’t go there if you want to be treated with respect!

I am at the store right now and cannot believe how the manager of the store refused to assist a friend of mine who needed help with the zipper on their shoe. The sales rep was great and attentive, but it’s just unfortunate that service does not exist in this store.

The people were nice and helpful, but I bought a dress here and I called in to see if I can have an exchange or store credit and they said no. I had original receipt, tags attached to dress, unworn. I completely understand their policy, but I was able to get an exchange at the Chevy Chase BCBG location. Thank you BCBG Chevy Chase!
