Blosser Stella Lii, MD

PROS: I was able to get a new-​patient appointment on very short notice (same day). Convenient location. Dr. Blosser was polite and seemed knowledgeable. Her exam was quick and gentle.
CONS: My appointment started 50 minutes late. Admittedly, I arrived 10 minutes late, but it seemed clear that my own lateness was not the cause of the delay, since I did not need to do any paperwork (did it all beforehand), and patients who arrived before me were also not seen for a long time. Also the nurse said something to me like, «Get used to waiting for us around here; it happens all the time.»
After waiting 40 minutes in the waiting room, I asked the nurse if I would still be able to have a full appointment in the remaining time, and she assured me that I would. But the appointment felt extremely rushed. I was not offered a chance to talk to Dr. Blosser or ask questions either before or after the exam, even though I was a new patient with a significant and complicated medical history. She did answer my quick questions during her exam and on the way out, but she never sat down to talk to me, as I hear most gynecologists do these days. I left with many unanswered questions about my situation and no idea of whom to ask about them.
Supposedly this practice is moving all its locations to Rockville soon. I don’t think I’ll be following them.
