Dave has been my teacher for the past several years. He is patient and listens well. As an adult student, he caters his teaching to my needs which may be different than that of a younger student. I have found that my playing has improved greatly, especially my jazz improvisation and my tone. He knows theory well and can explain what is really going on in the music. He offers a recital at least once a year in which all of his students get together and perform. He also comes to you which is convenient. I highly recommend him.
