This place has serious billing issues, despite the good medical service it provides.
My family has used this place for dental care for more than 10 years and had no issues, NOT UNTIL last year. There were two incidents in a 6 month period — routine services ending up paid by myself out of pocket due to their scheduling and billing issues. Their office explained ’ there are too many dental plans and we can’t figure out each coverage correctly’. I view this as the dental office’s responsibility to figure out what a plan covers, then tell the patient about the cost to the patient before rendering service. Obviously, they don’t think this is their role. So I had to move the whole family to other places to get reasonable billing treatment.
