I would and will rate higher next time. But, for this experience as a first time customer i give the food a 3 and service a negative rating if that were possible. Walk in and sit down with given menus. No one tells us we need to go to the counter to order even for eating in — until 10 min have passed in which time we have also been served tea. Then at counter, the owners keep answering the phone as i stand there waiting to order. I say«forget it» and the waitress says. «No.» And points to the lady on the phone. I order and it looks like they want me to pay, so i get my wallet from the table. As i return, the waitress waves me back to the table. Food arrives. I have my hands on my moo shi pancake when the waitress returns waving the check — actually — in my face saying«pay, pay.» I say«yes, i am eating.» I wipe my hands, return to the counter to pay– she takes the card and again brings it back to the table waving it in my face. I say–«yes, I know how this works.» Only ordered wonton soup and veggie moo shi. Next time, if there is a next time: carry out only.

We absolutely enjoy this Chinese Restaurant. Food is fresh and perfectly season. The restaurant is small and is usually packed. If you are up for a good Chinese and fast service this is great place for that!

Honestly, some of the best casual Chinese food there is locally(if not beyond). My family has been coming here for years and it has always hit the spot. Our go-to dishes are the spicy beef hotpot(super tender and just spicy enough, perfect with rice), shrimp fried rice, and szechuan fish.

I’ve been coming here for a long time. #2(General Tsos) or #5(Kung Pao Beef) for lunch is the way to go. Consistently the best chinese in the area for over a decade.

Efficient, quick home delivery. Ordered the Orange Chicken, great tasting sauce and sizeable portion for the price. Shrimp Lo Mein noodles needed more flavor but were still worth it for a small hungry family. Since our ice maker was broke, they accommodated us with a large soup container of ice. It’s great having Fu Shing nearby taking their service levels where they should be.

You cannot go wrong with the lunch special. For less than $ 10 you get meat, veggies, a spring roll, and a fortune cookie. I work just down the street and every time I have called in, the order is ready in less than 10 minutes. Amazing. Fortune cookie messages could be better :)

I’ve been to a lot of amazing restaurants, lived in various states and weirdly enough, this is still the best Chinese restaurant I know.

Curry beef rice is super good. Come here just for the curry sometimes. They have huge servings/bowls, so if you have trouble finishing your food you could possibly just split it with another person. The restaurant is pretty small, has less than 10 or 10 tables available. Can not remember.

The local-ish spot I go for Chinese food during lunch because their lunch specials taste good and it’s a good amount of food for $ 8! Fu Shing Café is a small, mostly-clean restaurant. You seat yourself, order and pay up front, and then your food gets brought to you. There’s also delivery(within 3 mile radius) and pick-up. I’ve only been here during lunch, and will continue to do so. I’ve never had a bad experience here, except for that time I almost slipped walking to the restroom. The floor by there can be a bit oily at times for some reason. Anyways, for around $ 8, you can get a plate of a main dish with rice(regular or fried), and a spring roll. The amount of food is generous for the price, and it’s always been well seasoned. I’ve always gotten the fried rice with the lunch special. There are peas and carrots in it. The spring roll is all veggie. At first I was like, «where’s the sauce??? It’s a bit dry without sauce,» but then I see it on the table. Very delicious. I’ve tried the following dishes — Orange Chicken — better than other orange chicken I’ve had… aka panda express. It was crispy and has a good amount of meat. It wasn’t all batter. It was also well seasoned all around. Chicken green beans — it comes spicy as default, which is amazing. I’ve gotten it non-spicy so that my kids can enjoy it, but the default spicy is great. Broccoli chicken — pretty standard, good distribution of sauce/flavors. Chow mein — this one does not come with a rice in the special. I’ve ordered it once, but I rather stick with an actual dish to get the fried rice. The chow mein is just alright. In terms of appetizers, definitely get the spicy wontons if you like spicy food. It’s better than their wonton soup, and I could just eat plates/bowls of it. YUM!!!

I’ve tried Fu Shing for the first time on a Tuesday afternoon. It was pretty busy during lunch time. I managed to grab a table for the 3 of us despite the limited seating area. They do have a lunch menu for $ 7.45(comes with fried/white rice and spring roll). We ordered the lunch special Orange Chicken, Beef Noodle Soup, and Crispy Shrimp with black pepper sauce. I enjoyed my beef noodle soup, but it definitely wouldn’t be my #1 choice. the beef was very flavorful and tender though! i’ve tried the crispy shrimp and it was delicious! I wouldn’t mind going back next time to try different dishes!

After 17 plus years of going to this restaurant I can finally say that I will no longer be ordering from this establishment. It was going to take 2 hours to have the food delivered from a distance 1.5 miles. After being yelled at by the man on the phone we made the decision to pick up the food. The food was cold by the time we received it. The online menu is completely inaccurate. We ordered the Korean Noodle Soup which was inedible to the point that it shouldn’t be served in a prison. Tl;dr: terrible service, run by a rude staff, horrible food, altogether horrific experience. Panda Express has better food and service even if it gives you an upset stomach for a week it is still better than Fu Shit Café.

This place has gone *way* downhill. It used to be a viable option for semi-authentic Chinese food very close to home, even drawing a pretty respectable Asian clientele for the noodle soups and rice bowls. But the food has gotten progressively worse over time. The food these days is characterized by grease, poor quality ingredients, sloppy prep work and a certain sameness to all the dishes. And then came the last straw for me: I actually got sick off their food. This was never a place to come for the service, which continues to be curt but efficient. The space is cramped but attractive.

I tried this places for the first time. I had a Carry-out order of spicy eggplant and chicken. I like the food, the dish was well seasoned and just right and light, not greasy. My only disappointment is that for $ 12, there were less than 5 percent of chicken, the rest were eggplant. I it was dissatisfying to say the least. I notice that many Chinese restaurant does that when I order carry-out. What are they thinking, don’t they want customer to come back. Just because it was a carry-out, there is no chance to complain as eat-in? Thanks to Unilocal for the platform for customer to express one constructive criticism but also for the owner to improve the longevity of their business. I hope the owner read this for their own good.

Service is horrible, but food is great. They are rude over the phone and in person, but they make good, near-authentic chinese food. So don’t let a first, and any subsequent impressions deter you. Food’s legit.

Love, love, love, Fu Shing. Great, fresh quality meat. Hands down the best General Tso’s chicken out there. The only thing I don’t like is that they put a lot of veggies in it. I’m a purist; give me chicken and rice, and I’m happy. We always get ours as carryout, very quick.

I always enjoy Fu Shing Café! For $ 12 I got the 3 Cups Beef and it was a solid meal. I wish there were a bit more vegetables, but I was only able to finish half of the dish, so I got to take the rest to go — it will serve as a nice lunch for another day. My friend got the beef noodle soup which was also delicious — a bit spicy, so watch out if you don’t like spicy food. The portions were great, so for the cost, I think it was definitely worth it! The waiter was very friendly and I was amazed that he could take care of the whole store by himself. He gave great suggestions — I’ll come back and try the Mongolian Chicken Bowl next time! I’ll be back soon!

My boyfriend loves the Beef Noodle Soup and Kung Pao Chicken. Yum!

If I feel like I’m about to eat my hand/arm out of serious hunger pains, this place is perfect for serving a warm, hot, Chinese meal in a matter of minutes. Dish you must get: If you’ve never had the SPICYBEEFHOTPOT, you must get it, it comes served in a metal firey basket thing. Comes out bubbling, piping hot, with little bits of cabbage sprinkled in, and will satisfy any of your spicy heartburn cravings. The beef is ultra tender, I do not understand how one gets meat tender like this… may need safety googles to sustain the fierce bubbling. Some other family faves include: the crispy fried shrimp with black pepper sauce, three cups chicken, kung pao chicken, chicken lo mein, tofu with spinach. Yes– the service can be hit or miss, but you kind of have to suck it up and just eat yo food. The cash register service is the worst sorry old Chinese man, but the waiter/server hooks our fam up. :)
