Guess

My sister and I popped in here to browse the racks for some cute tops, we literally passed 5 employees (I counted) and not one greeted us as we came in/​walked passed. No one asked if they could be of service, if we wanted to start a dressing room, etc… NADA! I will definitely NOT be returning to this establishment and I do not recommend this location if you’re looking for helpful, pleasant shopping experience.

I love this Guess! The customer service was pretty good. They suggest me some clothes for going to trips because I often go to places. This lady was so nice that she helped me find clothes for Orlando, but I didn’t really want it. It wasn’t my type. But the stuff I got here was pretty good actually. They were so helpful with the things I do. I’d go here again.

First of all, I love the fit of their jeans! I don’t buy any other brand of jeans anymore.
Secondly, the customer service is fantastic! I am a member of their loyalty program and somehow I racked up enough points for $ 60 off my next purchase. I had no idea I had this perk waiting for me and someone from the Montgomery Mall store contacted me to tell me I had $ 60 available that was about to expire. So, of course I put that $ 60 toward a pair of jeans. I was very impressed that they went out of their way to make sure I used my reward.
Also, I found a pair of jeans online that was not available in my size. The website has an IM feature that allowed me to quickly consult a representative who was able to provide me with the phone number of a store in New York and one in California that had that particular size in stock. The California location was kind enough to look through their stock and find the pair I wanted and ship it to me free of charge. They just offered the free shipping immediately without any prompting. Also, the price was even lower than on the Guess website. They have great sales (jeans can range anywhere from $ 120 full price and can go as low as $ 35 when they are on clearance).
The only downside to Guess is that they have seriously uncomfortable shoes (cute, but painful) and the jeans don’t last very long.

I used to come here a lot when they were an outlet for the region. I loved the bargains then. Now, it’s just a regular expensive brand name store. At full price, I am much more sparing with my purchases here – unless I’m taking my girlfirend to get dressed up for a party or outing.
The service is average, the layout is beautiful, and have to say I love their soundtrack.

Pretty good size store. The staff was helpful. I plan on returning for a few visits.

This GUESS is horrible! The staff couldn’t be more uncooperative if they tried! Skip this store… might as well go to one of the outlets or just go to Macys and go to their GUESS section at least you know what to expect from the customer service there:-)
