We were looking for a part that we couldn’t find anywhere, including Best Buy, and these people found the part. They went waaaayyyy overboard to make sure our computer was working properly, and were courteous every time we went there to ask a question(like 5)! Sal helped us, but this location is number one! I can’t even think about taking my computer elsewhere. This review is for the Sudley Road, Manassas location. I didn’t see it listed in the available businesses. A.C.

If I could rate a Hilltop a «0», I would! I purchased what was supposed to be a new notebook at Hilltop and got it home only to discover it was NOT new but used.(The complimentary 90 day anti-virus had already expired). Shame on HILLTOP and the owner in particular for not refunding my $$$($ 262.50) and claiming it was new. He refused, even after several trips back to his crap store. Karma will get the owner, as it should! YUCK! Don’t shop here! The BBQ restaurant next door fabulous!

If I could have given only 1.5 stars I might have. I took my crashed laptop in and the man charged $ 40 to perform a diagnostic. I got a phone call with no explanation of the problem, just that he wanted to reinstall the operating system. What he didn’t know was that I had already done a diagnostic of my own that indicated the memory was corrupt and the motherboard might have needed to be replaced. I asked him for a diagnostic report and he said, «no we don’t do these kinds of things.» When I replied that there was really nothing he had offered to show he had even done the diagnostic at all, he quipped, «well you’ve got the invoice that charged you for it.» I walked out in a huff, doorstop in hand. My computer is still broken and I’m out $ 40. I had brought it in because my insurance would replace it if I had a diagnostic done, but anyone can restore the OS, now just waiting for DELL to send the CDs. We’ll see.
