Great service and helpful staff! I needed help while out of town and they were able to help!

Fantastic service and super friendly staff. When I had a concern about a pair of sunglasses I ordered, staff members resolved it quickly and with the utmost professionalism. You can buy a pair of glasses anywhere, what you can’t buy is LensCrafters’ superb customer service and individual attention. And of course, the style and quality of their products can’t be beat. This location made a happy lifelong customer out of me. –GD

I recently had eye surgery and So I needed to get new contacts for my unaffected eye. There were no available appointments by they fit me in as I was to be a bridesmaid for my best friend the next day. Dr. Solomon was amazing. He was so nice and even helped me put my contact in my eye(after washing his hands of course). The ladies at the front were compassionate as well!

This is a chain so obviously you should have low expectations. I’ve been going to the Lenscrafters in Tysons Corner for years now, mostly because I like the optometrist there(Dr. Son). This location is closer however, so when I needed to just get a new pair of glasses not a new prescription I figured why not? Bad choice. Walked in and stood for nearly 20 mins without either of the two women there even acknowledging my presence. Instead one was clearly enjoying herself chatting with some guy(unclear if he was even a customer) about non-business related stuff. Other customers also stood around — one couple who was there before I arrived said they’d been waiting for 15 mins already. Finally gave up. With all the competition for eyeglasses these days, you’d think LensCrafters would care about training it’s folks to at *least* say hello when someone walks in. Never coming back to this location again. Wish I could give them negative stars, frankly.

Chronically under-staffed. Ridiculous considering how many people are in here every time I come in.

They never have enough help in this store. Surely they could hire more than one or two people at a time up help customers.

I have multiple eye issues and am very selective about the professionals to whom I go for care. For contact lenses and glasses, I can recommend Dr. Solomon without reservation. He is a true professional who conducts thorough eye exams and thoroughly documents his findings. He is smart, an excellent listener, and very competent. The only negative is that waiting times can be long. But this is because he spends all the time he thinks is necessary with each patient in an effort to provide superior care. The positives truly outweigh this one negative … which is actually only an inconvenience.

I needed new frames for my glasses and was on the hunt for plastic frames with nose pieces. I went to LC during my lunch hour and was not greeted by the two«per-occupied» staff members. I decided to look around and found one pair that could work for me. Finally, after greeting a guest who came behind me, a staff member asked if I needed assistance. I explained to her my objective and she quickly told me they didn’t care any plastic frames with nose pieces. We looked at each other and she offered no further assistance or recommendations. I thought to myself, I just found one in your store. I didn’t even want to bother since she obviously did not want to help me.

This location is WAY better than the White Flint LensCrafters. The staff here were friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that I had to wait a while to be helped(granted, I went on a Saturday afternoon) but the selection was good and the staff were great.

Brought my prescription and went just for glasses. Using my eye insurance. On a Wednesday during the day, there wasn’t much of a line. I selected the frames on my own. Average selection. Definitely fewer premium(Tory Burch, D&G) frames than in my usual NYC store but enough for my usage while sitting at my laptop at work. Ben was very polite and even explained my prescription to me. They synced it with my insurance which was easy. As promised, my glasses were done in about an hour. All in all, easy process and I would go back.

I had been here previously and gotten good service, but on this occasion, I found the store to be completely disorganized. I was there on a Saturday evening to get glasses, which I had purchased previously at the same shop, repaired. I put my name on the list at the front. After waiting for about 40 minutes and noticing that others had been served, I checked the list to find out my name had simply been crossed out. No one called my name or checked to determine whether I needed help, they simply crossed my name off. People that had come in after me were being served. Also, there did not appear to be enough employees on hand to cope with the number of customers in the shop. It may be time to find a new place for my next pair of glasses.
