While the furniture looks nice, and the service is great, my sectional sofa lasted less than two years. Yes, it looks almost like the original designer furniture at a fraction of the price, but if you want cheaply made furniture you are better off at ikea. When one piece of my sectional failed, they offered to replace for a $ 400 fee. But the entire 6 piece sectional only cost $ 1200, so they are offering to replace a piece for twice the cost. I have become very skeptical of discount furniture. My original eames chair is very pricey, but it will last a lifetime. Can you say the same for the knockoff fake imitation?

Went there after work and it was locked. Sign said the staff was on break and would be back in 30. Waited 30 and someone returned. Door was still locked. Called and asked if they were open and the staff member told me she was on break for another 10 minutes. Terrible customer service.

Bought an entire 2-​bedroom apartment full of furniture here for a very reasonable price. Very pleased with everything and feel that is was a very good value. Kit helped lay it all out on paper, and his designer skills and good taste are another very good reason to look here for your furniture needs. I did have a couple of issues with 2 pieces after delivery, and Kit handled the situation very professionally. New pieces were ordered and delivered in a timely fashion, and the problematic ones taken away — all at no additional charge. Well done and thank you.

This store is hiding in a basement, but it looks nice when you walk in. Multiple choices of sofa, chairs, beds, lamps etc. We bought a bed with headboard for a decent price including free delivery. Transaction was smooth. The bed was delivered quickly and no any scratch was found. This bed was worth of every penny I paid.

I ordered a beautiful bed from Loft Living and I couldn’t be any happier with the service and the price. The prices are much lower than similar designer furniture stores in the DC area. I can’t imagine why people are crazy enough to pay $ 300 – 500 more at places like Room and Board! The cost for my queen bed included free delivery to my apartment on Saturday morning. The delivery process was simple and the deliverers were punctual. Loft Living is a beautiful store with very friendly employees and I will definitely go back for more furniture in the future. Thank you for a great first time experience Loft Living!

This store is a great place to buy cheaper designer furniture, especially reproduction pieces. I purchased several items here including a sofa, wall mirror, and lamps, which look just as good as Room and Board, Vastu, Bo Concepts, or any other «fancy» furniture place, but for much less.
The salesperson is also completely helpful and nice, unlike some other boutique furniture stores I’ve been to. If you haven’t checked this place out, you should give it a try. The only downside is that most of their designer furniture is only available through catalogs, so you can’t actually see a floor model for most of their stuff.
Also, don’t be fooled by their website. Their website really doesn’t do justice to all the different types of furniture available.
