I’ve been a bodyworker for 19 years and have had the opportunity to receive many forms of bodywork from many different practitioners. I have known Lorenne for many years but only recently had the opportunity to experience her massage.
Lorenne takes special care to make her treatment room a healing space. Her office is located just off the beaten path from the hustle and bustle of Bethesda and is a stone’s throw from the Potomac river in a sweet enclave of the Brookmont Community. When you walk in the door you know it is a healing place.
As you lay on the table you feel heat emanating from under the sheet. Her touch is caring, knowledgeable, confident and thorough. She practices the «raindrop» technique and her knowledge of essential oils and how they can be incorporated into a healing session is incredible and produces a near euphoric experience.
I felt that every cell in my body was addressed. The slight ache in my neck was completely gone. My muscles felt renewed and my body was relaxed and happy.
I would not hesitate to recommend Lorenne to anyone seeking an intelligent, grounded, savvy practitioner who understands the needs of her clients and and has the skill and intuition to deliver an amazing massage experience.

Lorenne McCormick is a superb massage therapist with a wonderful touch. After having used a number of massage therapists over the years, I was fortunate enough to find Lorenne some ten year ago and I have been going to her ever since. Aside from being exceptionally well trained, knowledgeable, and very thorough, she is very well versed in treating the different aches and pains that occur as one gets older. Some therapists simply have it and others do not. Lorenne without doubt very much falls into the first of those categories.
