I attended the free 5 week lecture series focussing on healthy weight loss that Heather hosted. It was an excellent experience. (Several people lost a considerable amount of weight in 5 weeks and one woman was able to stop taking her daily Prevacid!)
Heather is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, exercise and healthy weight loss. She is an interesting, caring professional who is extremely generous with her time and knowledge.
I would highly recommend Heather Gunn.
