I have a POS company out of Florida and have customers in the VA/​MD area. Whenever I need someone to go to a store for me I call Restart Computer Services. With very minimal direction, he understands the issue and resolves it efficiently. Always a pleasure working with Restart Computer Services. Restart Computer Services is definitely as good as it gets!

Our restaurant the Italian Pizza Kitchen in Van Ness area of DC had a computer system meltdown on Sunday May 29. Called Restart and got immediate help. Within a very short period of time all systems were go. Not only did the system get up again but it performed much faster and than before the problem.
I’d recommend Restart to anyone who needs expert, efficient and timely computer services.

Called Oren at Restart and asked him some questions about a logicboard replacement quoted to me from another company at around $ 400. Not only did he offer a much less expensive alternative, he sat with me during late hours and met me at my home to help me recover lost data on an old macbook. This repair service a local startup and totally worth your time and money. Oren is the most polite, informative, prompt, and accommodating IT person I have EVER dealt with as a graphic designer; he comes highly recommended.

We just moved here from California and know nothing and no one. Laptop died on a Sunday morning. Started making calls. Actually got a call back from Restart. He said he would be at our apartment at 5 pm. He was! On a Sunday!
He is not only a lovely person, he is a professional: efficient, accurate, knowledgeable, and priced fairly. We are very pleased we scored a perfect 10 on our first attempt to find support!
We plan to use Restart whenever we have issues, questions, new laptops (!)

I was totally freaked out. I had a problem with my printer. I called Restart and Oren helped me calm down. He was very honest about the options I had to fix my printer. He came to my office and he fixed it. He was very easy to work with and he was a good communicator. His price was very reasonable and I’ll use him again in a heartbeat.

We are a small, very busy company and we use computers without giving it much thought as long as they work. When something goes wrong no one here is capable of fixing anything and we get stuck.
There are a bunch of computer technicians servicing Bethesda — over the years, we called a few. Between the ones who never call back, the ones who believe they are doing you a favor by servicing your needs and feel entitled to charge you obscene amounts of money for their time, computer problems used to be agonizing until Restart appeared on the map.
Eron is highly knowledgeable, extraordinarily dependable, and totally trustworthy. He will tell you what’s wrong with your system and what needs to happen to solve the problems. He will provide you with sound advice to keep your system in good shape. His fees are very fair. I recommend Restart without any reservations.

I work in small law-​firm company in Bethesda (20 employees give or take) for almost two years now & we constantly encounter with IT issues such as network, hardware\software, computer maintenance & basic use.
I know the owner was looking for a reliable, professional, fast & creative tech support for quite some time now. That is what «Restart» — computer services are! They even installed the security systems with wiring the cameras & everything.
