I totally resonate the other reviews about very poor customer service. I was returning an item within the 2-week period, but I had lost the receipt. The lady who helped me clearly remembered me, and said that she could not give me a refund, which was understandable, but not a store credit either! The only solution she offered was that I could pick«something else» for the same price! It is supposed to be a jewelry store, not a supermarket, right? How could I pick«something else» there and then, to replace a gift I was not happy with! And why not a store credit which eventually means the same thing in a more appropriate time? I called Swarovsky customer service, and the lady who answered said she was only responsible for online purchases(!), and noted my contact information for a later call which never came! Yet another sign of a horrible customer service!

I walked in this store and was greeted by a younger woman who seemed very polite and willing to help even though I clearly dressed in my Pj’s I came to the store last minute to buy my mother a crystal Turtle I had seen there previously because she collected them. I found what I wanted but the the young woman was now occupied with another customer. I approached an older woman whom at the time seemed to be the manager and Asked if I could get her assistance with purchasing the turtles and finding something for my grandmother. I immediately saw her look me up and down as if i didn’t belong there however I walked her over to the item I wanted and explained I want to purchase the Crystal Turtle she then said, «This Turtle is $ 500 and might be outside of your range. We do have a smaller version that might be more comfortable for your Wallet. «I then pointed out another Item I like for my grandma, asked for the $ 500 turtle. She then proceeded to ask how I would be paying for this and asked«will you be paying by check» so I then pulled out $ 800 cash and took my items and a walked away without saying a word. she then proceeded to apologize and state she was trying to be Helpful This lady seriously needs help with how to talk to people because other than it being a smaller store its pretty decent regarding its collection. Went from 3 to 2 stars just because of her.

This place had the worst customer service! Avoid at all cost I walked in shortly after holiday to exchange a pair of earrings. I walked into an empty store and wasn’t acknowledged by the associate in the entrance(an older white lady). I caught her looked at me in a judgmental way which made me feel uncomfortable. After approaching the register to ask for an exchange with receipt and within the 2 week exchange policy. The associate brushed me off, rolled her eyes and said«You have to go back to Columbia Mall». To my surprise she told me I couldn’t do an exchange at a different store. I walked out very disappointed and will never return to his location. I would recommend the Columbia Mall location. The sales associates are very rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help.

just saying, sales associate 17212 is the bomb. don’t know his name but he’s super-energetic, very friendly, and i’ve never seen a sales associate juggle 7 customers in a store quite the way he does: gracefully! keep it up! he’s turned me onto swarovski! and the re-done location is beautiful. SO much nicer than the previous setup! i’ll definitely be back!
