I have been renting a condo at the Chase for almost a year now, and would gladly stay but for having just bought a townhome. The building is right across from Metro, I can walk to movies, restaurants, and the Crescent trail. The best thing about the Chase is the staff. They are friendly, caring, kind and competent. Even though I’m a renter, not an owner, they have responded at once to my minor issues. The only downside is the parking, it is tight! There is also the issue of current and upcoming construction, but this is impacting other buildings in Bethesda as well. Overall, I recommend the Chase highly.

Some solid apartments.
The parking is not great, because they only have about 10 guest spaces in a lot nearby. You can go on the street, but that’s definitely not as good.
There was always a guy at the desk up front, which was comforting I guess.
The place was quiet and clean, which are 2 very big pluses in any apartment complex.
