Under Armour

This Under Armour location is pretty terrible. You are much better off going to a Sports Authority if you’re looking for workout basics & essentials. The selection here is very spotty — more like a showroom than a retail outlet in my opinion

Horrible customer service, I came in looking for a gift and asked for a gift receipt and gift box, the lady at the register was dismissive and apathetic. Aside from waiting from some assistance which we never got, we had to improvise in grabbing an item that was way out of our reach. I would never return to this location nor would I ever recommend it.

It rare in this day and age to encounter customer service at the level of integrity that is provided by the staff at the store. I have been purchasing under armour for years because of the quality but also because they stand behind their products.

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst customer service. The sales associates spend more time talking to their friends and co-​workers than helping a customer pay! Nice business plan… pay your sales associates to talk to their friends not take money.

Under Armour makes good stuff. However, this store is really unimpressive. Snazzy entrance hall, but inside it’s smallish. It has a small selection of items, and very little on sale. Given the company’s generous return policy and the decent online outlet sales, I’d rather just shop on their website.

The store itself isn’t bad… clean, inviting, and organized. But, honestly, for an actual Under Armour STORE, the selection could be a whole lot better. It’s as if this store is mostly for show. The variety of stuff isn’t all that great. Honestly, Dick’s has a far better selection of Under Armour gear.

Never dealt with a more helpful staff who are willing to assist you & serve you in a sportswear store.

I *heart* Under Armour. The fact that we have a specialty store in Montgomery Mall now, I won’t lie, I got a little excited. The University of Maryland alumni owned company pretty much revolutionized active wear. This is what I tell people, if Under Armour made dress shirts and suits, I would replace all my work clothes with this stuff.
The sales rep said that what’s different about their store is that they receive all the specialty items first. So if you want the latest and greatest that Under Armour has to offer, we get it right here. And new items come in all the time, so you’ll need to check it out often (Now if that’s not a sell, I don’t know what is). I just hope this leads to a bigger clearance section.
I came here to buy new shorts and compression shorts, but the sales guy ended selling me a new shirt that was «made for running.» I don’t remember what he said, but it sold me on it and I ended up buying the shirt. Every time I walk into this store, I just want to max out my credit card. This is my new Best Buy. BOO YAH!
