Overall, a decent place to get your brows done. I’ve gone at least 5 times and been happy all but one time when I got home and realized there were a ton of strays that were missed. For the price($ 10), it’s the best value I’ve found in the area and I find it the most convenient(in a strip mall with free parking vs the mall or downtown Bethesda).

I’ve always had my eyebrows waxed. Decided to try threading about 3 months ago and have been going back ever since. Keep in mind this is MUCH more painful then waxing… so if you can’t take a little pain then don’t try this. BUT I feel it looks cleaner and lasts longer then waxing. You can walk right in and I’ve never had to wait longer then 10 minutes.

I’m describing the one in the mall. I had my eyebrows threaded Sunday. I left with cuts under my eyebrows. I won’t be going back.

It hurts like hell, but my eyebrows look great! I have gone enough to get a free session! The new location has more space than the old mall place and it is just as convenient as the mall store. I just hate that it is not in the mall because I can kill many birds with one stone at the mall! Beats waxing, peeps… beats waxing!

I was in Montgomery Mall and desperately needed my eyebrows threaded. I didn’t want to go to Brow Art 23 because my sister tried them and the woman there seemed inexperienced – she took a long time and didn’t do the best shaping job. I was on my way to giving up on a much-needed grooming, until I came down the escalator from the food court and lo and behold, there was another, much better looking eyebrow threading joint – Beautiful U a.k.a. Unique Eyebrows. After going there, I’m not sure what makes them unique. Maybe the fact that they actually have store space rather than a stand alone kiosk. Other than that, just your average threading service. The woman who shaped my brows put baby powder on first… not sure what that was about. She did a decent job with the threading(I had to ask her to clean them up a bit more when she was done), but the worst part was the after effect of my threading service – my skin was burning terribly long after I had them shaped. It eventually stopped, but they need some better skin conditioners to minimize the irritation. Baby powder doesn’t quite cut it. On the plus side, it was quick, convenient, and cheap($ 10) compared to other places. Just make sure you have some sort of soothing balm to put out the fire on your face if you come here.
