If you need a Realtor, call Maggie Simpson. She is amazing. At every step of the process, she has exceeded my expectations. I am new to DC and unfamiliar with the home buying process. Maggie was extremely patient, responsive to my questions/needs, and knowledgeable. She helped me through the bidding process and a small bidding war with thoughtful recommendations. Despite being 100% satisfied with the bidding, agreement, and closing stages, Maggie really has impressed with her help after those components were done. I go to Maggie with questions regarding my condo association, remodeling, and so on. I’ll close like I opened: if you need a Realtor, call Maggie.

We were very pleased with Meg Crowlie of WC and AN Miller of Sangamore Rd. She knows the Bethesda market and was patient with us as we explored its neighborhoods and toured lots of houses. What made her service exemplary were her negotiation skills and her professionalism. More than once, she took a complicated situation and framed it in a way that was simple, factually based, and strongly advocated our position. Her bidding skills probably saved us some money too. She was a lawyer before becoming a realtor, and it really is a fantastic combination to see in action.

I worked with Lupe Rohrer. She was incredible. The three things I wanted in a realtor are: 1. Honesty 2. Promptness 3. Always Available Lupe delivered in all three areas. She was working for me, and not for a quick sale. She was honest when an area didn’t seem up to par, and she would list the pros and cons of each place that we saw. She was super patient. We saw over 50 houses, and she did give me attitude or lose her cool around me. In the end, I got the best possible place in an amazing location that I can use as a rental investment in the future. I am so glad that I had such a great realtor who assisted me in getting my first home that is perfect for me.
